The Naperville Public Library, a 5-Star Library, is seeking a dynamic, progressive and experienced manager to provide strategic operational leadership for the library and direct all hands-on operational aspects. Working with the Executive Director and Executive Team, the successful candidate will participate in establishing long-range goals and strategies and ensures our organization continues to evolve to meet the needs of our community. Accredited ALA-MLS required; demonstrated managerial experience; must be an excellent communicator, approachable, flexible, and committed to an inclusive, welcoming environment.
